American English Pathway (AEP) – Online English Language School – Terms and Policies
Welcome to American English Pathway (AEP). We are committed to providing high-quality online English courses. Before enrolling, please take a moment to review our terms and policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Payment
1.1. Payment for our online courses can be made online via credit card or bank transfer.
1.2. Invoices will be issued and can be reissued upon request. All invoices must be paid within three (3) days of issuance.
1.3. All prices for our online courses are listed in USD and are not subject to sales tax.
1.4. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of course access until payment is received.

2. Course Access
2.1. Once payment is received, students will be granted access to their enrolled courses. Access details and login credentials will be sent by email from the AEP Administration Office. 2.2. Course access is valid for the full duration of the program as outlined in the course description, starting from the date of enrollment.
2.3. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Cancellations, Missed Classes, and Refunds
3.1. Individual Class Cancellations: To cancel a class, students must use the cancellation form located in their personal account on the platform. The request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations submitted after this period will be marked as missed and are not eligible for refund.
3.2. Missed classes will not be refunded.
3.3. AEP reserves the right to cancel a program. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3.4. All cancelled or missed classes will be rescheduled and conducted on the designated make-up day to ensure the students remain aligned with their progress.
3.5. AEP is not liable for missed lessons due to personal technical difficulties unless reported at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

4. Technical Support

4.1. If you encounter any technical issues accessing the course or learning platform, please contact [email protected].
4.2. Students are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and device meet the minimum technical requirements outlined on our website.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. We take the privacy and security of student and school information seriously. Our data protection practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
5.2. Personal data will only be used for educational and administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, assessments, and lesson content, are the intellectual property of 50EAGLE LLC.
6.2. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms and Policies
7.1. AEP reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time.
7.2. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
